Our History
Ironclad Developments was founded in April, 2014 by our Executive Chairman, Ryan Van Damme, with the core values of integrity, honesty, and industry excellence. Ryan was born and raised in Manitoba, Canada in a small rural community and from a young age developed a renowned work ethic, inspiring others with his dynamic leadership and professional integrity. He began acquiring real estate at the age of 21 and emerged into the world of new development and multi-family construction, propelling to the top of the industry.
At age 28, Ryan was directly overseeing more than $170 million annually in construction budgets and leading a workforce of over 500 personnel. By age 35, Ryan had strategically built and managed numerous assets in almost every major and secondary city in Western Canada with a trading value of more than $1 billion. He realized his lifelong dream in April, 2014, when Ironclad Developments Inc. opened for business. Ryan remains driven, result-oriented, and modest to this day. His extensive experience in all levels of the development process shapes Ironclad's day-to-day operations. Knowing his success is shared with his employees, Ryan is optimistic about building the future together with them.

Our day-to-day operations are conducted by our accounting, safety, human resource, property management, and marketing teams.
