Our History
Ironclad Developments was founded in April, 2014 by our Executive Chairman, Ryan Van Damme, built on a foundation of integrity, honesty, and industry excellence. Raised in Manitoba in a small rural community, Ryan developed a strong work ethic and leadership style that continues to shape the company's culture and direction.

With a background spanning real estate acquisition, new development and multi-family construction, Ryan has led large-scale residential projects across Western Canada and built a reputation for strategic growth and disciplined execution. His hands-on experience throughout ever stage of the development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning to construction and asset management, informs Ironclad's fully integrated approach.

Since it's founding, Ironclad Developments has grown into a vertically integrated company focused on delivering high-quality communities and long-term value. Under Ryan's leadership, the company remains committed to strong partnerships, operational excellence, and building the future.
